USDAA Lifetime Achievement Awards (LAA)
In 2002, USDAA instituted new Lifetime Achievement Awards to recognize the career-long
success of dog-handler teams. As of July-2002, five Bay Team members have earned the following LAA awards:
- LAA-Gold (350 Q's at Masters level, including 35 each of Std, Jumpers, Gamblers, Snooker, Relay):
Jim Basic and Mick (Jim and Mick are the highest ranked team in the
lifetime achievement standings!)
- LAA-Silver (250/25): Candy Gaiser and Holly, Jim Basic and Swift
- LAA-Bronze (150/15): Cindy Glantz and Blaze, Gail Mahood and Flint,
Nancy Gyes and Scud, Nancy Gyes and Riot, Nancy Gyes and Wicked
NADAC Lifetime Points
- 3,000 Lifetime NADAC points: Ron Etherton with both Meg and Tyler on the same weekend, June 9-10, 2001.
