INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

The Bay Team is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

EMAIL LIST REGISTRATION

To receive Bay Team premium notices and informational email , you must give us contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site for which you have expressed interest.

The Premium Announcement (Friends of Bay Team) e-mail list is for Nonmembers; we use it to e-mail updates on when Bay Team premiums are available online and for other AGILITY-related announcements, such as trial results, general-interest notices, and seminars.

The Premiums-only e-mail list is also for Nonmembers; we use it ONLY to e-mail updates on when Bay Team premiums are available online.

From time to time, at the request of other agility clubs in northern California, we forward announcements to BOTH of thesethis e-mail list about the availability of premiums for these other clubs.

If you want to be on our snail-mail list for premiums, we ask for contact information such as name and address.

CORRECTION / UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer want our service, we endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove your personal data provided to us. You can usually do this at the member information page, the premium-mailing page, or by emailing info@bayteam.org or webmaster@bayteam.org.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we ever decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you using email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
