Site Description
Overview
Large lawn area with minor hiking required for all facilities.
Parking
Pull up onto lawn right next to rings. Later arrivals have to park in 2nd row leaving room for earlier parkers to back out.
Restrooms
Easily 100 yards from ring. Showers available. Sometimes the restrooms directly next to the lawn area are also open.
Dog romping
Lots of room in several grassy areas; some can be quite muddy during rainy season.
Shade/Shelter
Big trees along parking side of ring. No shelter from rain.
Camping
Park your RV or tent right next to ring. $10 with or without hookups; most hookups are located further away, closer to arena restrooms.
Food
Lots available along Cleveland but unless you're really into hiking you'll want to take your car.
Food served by club is near restrooms, so count on a mini-hike for breakfast and lunch.
Notes
Lots of gopher holes. One year, a dog was apparently poisoned (recovered) from eating dead poisoned gopher or poison itself. Watch your dogs.
