There are several Wiki user types.

Webmaster
Webmasters, also called bureaucrats, can do anything on the site. Only a couple of key Bay Team members are webmasters. Current webmasters:
Administrator
Also called "sysops", administrators can do most of the more complicated or "dangerous" tasks, such as deleting or protecting pages, moving pages to different names, blocking problem users, and so on. Current administrators:
- All webmasters as listed above
- User:Kkrauter (Karey)
- User:Hnewman (Holly)

These users can edit most pages and create new pages, but might be restricted in some areas.
Other registered user
We might create a class of other registered usersss, or guests, who can edit but who are not Bay Team members and hence might be able to edit only a certain subset of pages. TBD.
Anonymous user
Users who have not logged in. These users can view all (or most) pages but cannot edit.
