Some of our club members work far harder than the simple call of duty, or go to astonishing lengths to make the agility world a better place to inhabit. Starting in the late 1990s, the club President, with the Board's approval, has identified a Bay Teamer of the Year (or Most Valuable Bay Teamer)—and some additional awards as the situation seems to call for.

Each recipient, in addition to the honor, receives a special gift from the Club. Many recipients of supplemental awards also receive small gifts.
