Backyard Dog Agility is just that. Jean Danver will, from time to time, give beginning agility courses and follow-on courses to teams who have taken her beginning course in her Los Altos Hills back yard. Classes are given in the mornings during the week. Jean runs an Australian Shepherd named Chaps, who as earned seven championships in USDAA, CPE, ASCA & NADAC. Classes are informal and aimed towards having agility fun with your dog in your own back yard. All the same she believes in Greg Garrett's system and that each agility team has a unique bond that must be respected for that team to be successful. Teams that get serious about competing "graduate" to other instructors with larger facilities. Jean is also available for individual instruction and evaluation and mathematics tutoring.

Mathematics tutoring, of course, has little to do with agility, but nevertheless, can be very helpful to middle school or high school students who need a little math help.
