1. Go to Bay Team meeting minutes.
2. Download a PDF from any meeting (preferably one that isn't already here).
3. Read it and find any statements of policy.
4. Log in and click Edit at the top of this page, then add a section and your notes.

• Club approves a rental fee schedule for equipment that we borrow from members for trials, to be paid in cash from the petty cash box at the event:
  • $25 for A-frame or dogwalk
  • $15 for teeter
  • $10 for weaves, tire, table, chute, tunnel (with holders/sandbags)
  • $06 for jumps with wings
  • $04 for jumps without wings
• For demos we must limit ourselves to the more lucrative demos, and organizer must submit to treasurer:
  • The revenue
  • How many freebie entry certificates were given out
