Editing the members page

Here are some tips for editing your dog's info on the Bay Team members and dogs page.
- You must be logged in. (If you don't have a special Bay Team wiki log-in yet, contact webmaster (at) bayteam (dot) org and ask for one!)
- Optionally upload a photo of your dog or yourself using the Upload file link in the left-side toolbox. Make a note of the uploaded file name. (For example, the uploaded file page might call it "Image:AmberSmithNov1993.jpg"; note the "Image:" prefix.)
- Click the [edit] link to the right of your name on the Bay Team members and dogs page so that you're editing only your own info. (Or you can click the edit tab at the top of the page and then scroll down to your entry.)

- You can specify the following info about your dog:

- You must specify callname and breed; everything else is optional.
- You might also see these already there--please leave them in place:

- About titles: Because The Bay Team is all about all dogs and about agility, traditionally we tracked only titles for venues hosted by the Bay Team (currently USDAA and CPE). We now put all other titles in square brackets, as in the example. Championships of any sort are bolded by surrounding with three single quotes. (But type them any way you want, and we'll try to clean them up later!)
- About credit: That's the initials of who took the photo. See the bottom of the Bay Team members and dogs for who's currently listed. Eventually this may go away.

[edit] Adding photos
You can include photos of you and your dogs. See the "photo" lines in the examples above. In detail:
- Upload the photo. (Click Upload file in the left-side toolbox.)
- Note the name of the photo after it's uploaded. Capitalization is important. (Image:FredSmith.jpg is NOT the same file as Image:FredSmith.JPG.)
- For photos of you, add the photo in your member info section, with an optional caption with any text:

- For photos of your dog, add the photo in your dog info section, with a credit for the photo (the initials or name of who took the photo. See the bottom of the Bay Team members and dogs for who's currently listed) like this:

- Save page, of course.
