==Towing and storing the trailers==

The people who tow and store (or have previously towed and stored) the equipment trailers have also often been our equipment czars for all our trials because they know what's in the trailers and how to load them. It isn't necessarily true that this would always be the case.

The Bay Team owns two trailers (add dimensions, weight, etc. here for future reference).

One is currently stored in Palo Alto; one in east San Jose.

Trailer towers: If you can tow a trailer, we'll look for alternative storage opportunities convenient to you. Club is willing to pay to outfit your vehicle to tow it.

==Equipment Czar==

Duties include:
*Getting equipment lists from the judges and making sure we have the equipment (based on our equipment inventory). (Secondarily this might also involve tracking our equipment inventory; Ellen has a database that is sometimes actually updated.)
*Contacting club members to scrounge for more equipment in case we don't have everything the judges need (c.f. the tunnel game :-) .
*Organizing or delegating organization of Friday setup and course building.
*Doing or delegating equipment maintenance and repair. Sharon used to schedule fun equipment painting days (which included food as a motivation to attend!).
