• From south, exit onto E. Washington Street and turn left.
• From north, exit onto Washington St. and turn right.
• Go 0.3-0.4 miles and use left-turn lane by library to turn into Fairgrounds Drive. Scootch around gates and you're there: big lawn on the left.

Slow bits

Via 280/19th St/Golden Gate Bridge:

• 19th Ave. 35-45 MPH and about 500 stop lights.
• 55 MPH between Golden Gate Bridge and San Rafael or further. It's beautiful before 7 AM!
• Going south late in the day, there is often a backup to the toll plaza all the way across the bridge and as far back as Sausalito or even further.

Via 880/Richmond-San Rafael Bridge:

• 55 MPH between Richmond and Berkeley.
• 880 all the way often has miserably heavy traffic late in the day that seldom moves at the speed limit.

Via 280/19th St/Golden Gate Bridge:

• Going south, pay $3 toll.

Via 880/Richmond-San Rafael Bridge:

• Going north, pay toll.

Huge lawn area that could easily fit 3 rings and still have plenty of room for romping your dogs. Fairgrounds Drive is not a real street; it's part of the fairgrounds and cars go about 5 MPH. PDF map of entire fairgrounds site

Along drive right next to rings for earlier arrivals; parking lot just across drive (add a few yards of walking).

Immediately across the drive from the rings. Big grassy area for RVs or tents with some trees. ($10 electric; $20 full hookup.)

Right next to an auto racetrack. Best when agility & auto races aren't scheduled simultaneously.

Usually a flea market further down the drive on the same day. Lots of passers-by but because campers & participants are right there, there haven't been any problems. You can leave your equipment up overnight.
