Trial Committee

The Trial Committee is the group of people responsible for arranging, putting on, and managing an agility trial. Every trial has its own Committee, although any member can serve on any or all Committees. Bay Team policy provides these people with extra compensation.

A Bay Team Trial Committee consists of at least the following:
- Trial Secretary
- Trial Chair
- Awards Czar
- Score Table Czar (1 per ring)
- Crew Chief (2 per ring) (aka Chief Ring Steward)
- Chief Course Builder (1 per ring)
- Worker Scheduler
- Worker Gift Czar (WAG)
- Vendor Czar
It might also have the following positions:
- Parking/RV Czar
- Friday Set-up Czar
- Sunday Tear-Down Czar (trailer packing)
- Judges Hospitality and Workers Hospitality (scrtbl,workers,ice); see also Score table goodies
- Score Table Supplies Czar
- Recycling Czar
