Results

These results are the actual Event Results Booklet ("ERB") pages that are the final authority for reporting Q's and placements to USDAA. Non-Q'ing non-placing runs will NOT show up on these sheets.

If you think you Qed but don't see yourself listed, email me ASAP. I can correct score table errors easily now because I still have all of the paperwork.

After next monday the 8th, I will send all the paperwork to USDAA and you will have to direct your questions about it to the USDAA office. You should see these results reflected in your dog's online USDAA stats about a month or two from now.

Bay Teamer Brags

Congratulations to these Bay Teamers (some from my memory, some from other people's memories of themselves or others, several of these were reported by several people. Cool!):

  • Ashley and Luka won the 16" Grand Prix and every other class at 16" except for the Steeplechase. This is the second year in a row where they have won both the Northwest and Southwest Regionals. This trial also finiched Luka's ADCH-Silver --that's 25 Qs in each of the masters classes and the combined tournament classes--and LAA-Silver--requires a total of 250 Masters/Tournament Qs!
  • Rob Yi and Cap won the 26" Grand Prix for the second time in their career.
  • Nancy Gyes and Jack almost made it a clean sweep for BT'ers in the GP by finishing second in the 12" class. They also finished 2nd in the 12" Steeplechase Finals.
  • Ariel and Mary Shultz: Finished Agility Dog (starters) title, won Starters Snooker, and earned their first Advanced Pairs Q and their second Grand Prix. This rescue dog just started competing in USDAA in Feb and has earned 3 Qs in every Starters class (except Pairs). Mary thanks her great teachers, seminar instructors, and helpful agility friends.
  • Sparkle and Arlene Watson: Finished Tournament Master title and Q'd in her first ever Masters Standard run.
  • Porsche and Debbie Ogg: Their first-ever USDAA trial was last year's Bay Team Labor Day Regional. This weekend, finished Tournament Master title and earned byes into Steeplechase and Grand Prix semifinals.
  • Flint and Gail Mahood: Finished APD ("the Performance ADCH"). Gail says "Jumping meatloaf APD (a sentimental milestone, because he's now 13, and all the non-tournament legs were earned since I moved him to Performance after he nearly died of sepsis in mid-January)"
  • Sweep, Jim Basic's 22-month-old babydog, won Grand Prix Round 2 and came in 2nd in Steeplechase Round 2 and their team was 2nd in the DAM tournament out of 64 teams.
  • Ana and Leslie Bickel, who with their Catahoula/Cardigan Corgi team won the whole Dog Agility Masters 3-Dog Team Tournament. Who needs Border Collies? :-)
  • Bay Teamers took the top 3 places in DAM of 64 teams: Ana's team; Sweep with Ace/Nancy Gyes and Kelly/Sue Loeffler, and next Bump/Karey Krauter, Maddie/Katrina Parkinson, and Maddie/Sue Rush.
  • Tika and Ellen Finch, who at 7 and a half (Tika, not Ellen) finally earned her first trip into the Grand Prix Nationals semifinals.
  • Rav and Sarah Johnson: Lifetime Achievement Award (LAA) Bronze --that's 150 Masters/Tournament Qs!
  • Annie and Kathleen Alles: Tournament Master Platinum--that's 50 tournament Qs, with at least 10 in each of the three tournaments (Grand Prix, Steeplechase, DAM Team).
  • Trek and Erika Maurer: Earned SAM (Standard Master), got a GP semis bye and a Super Q. All that after getting caught on the tire on Saturday and looking so injured that we all thought he was done for the weekend. But he was apparently mostly being dramatic.
  • Steamer and Lisa Williams: Earned her Tournament Silver and Bronze Relay titles.
  • [not a bayteamer but very cool nonetheless] Julie Kitelinger and her 22” BC Quake, from Seattle, earned their ADCH first thing in the morning on Scott’s jumpers course.
  • Jen Hill from Anaheim and her 22" aussie TOONEY, getting their ADCH too on the same jumpers course!
  • judging by the fact that there are portrait photos of Anne Swan and 22" BC Zip from Santa Barbara captioned "Zip's ADCH" on the www.dynamicdogphoto.com website, it looks like Anne and Zip earned their ADCH too (from standard or from pairs, I'm guessing)!
  • Tracy Lovelis and aussie Maverick earned their - ? – lifetime bronze on Scott’s jumpers course too.
