Results
These results are the actual Event Results Booklet ("ERB") pages that are the final authority for reporting Q's and placements to USDAA. Non-Q'ing non-placing runs will NOT show up on these sheets.
If you think you Qed but don't see yourself listed, email me ASAP. I can correct score table errors easily now because I still have all of the paperwork.
After next monday the 7th, I will send all the paperwork to USDAA and you will have to direct your questions about it to the USDAA office. You should see these results reflected in your dog's online USDAA stats about a month or two from now.
- USDAA Southwest Regional results 2009: Some finishers in HTML for easier viewing.
- Grand Prix (both rounds). Maps. The round 2 sheets show who earned bye's into the semifinals at Scottsdale (i.e. who Q'd AND placed in the top 50% of the dogs competing).
- Steeplechase (both rounds). Maps. The championship steeplechase ERB's show the round 2 dogs who earned byes into the semifinals at Scottsdale (i.e. who had scores within 15% of the average of the top three scores in the jump ht). Apologies to our performance steeplechase people; there are only two performance steeplechase rounds at Scottsdale and regional PSJ's don't earn byes into the PNS finals.
- CH Team placements summaries
- CH Team Detailed scoring
- CH Team ERB's, including whether you earned an "LAA" (lifetime achievement award) leg in an individual class (i.e. were within 15% of the average of the top three dogs in your jump ht).

Brags!
- Congratulations to Tania Chadwick and Kidd on earning their Platinum ADCH on their pairs run Friday evening with accommodating partner Rob Michalski and Wings!
- Kathleen Alles and J.B. finally got that 3rd snooker super-Q for their ADCH, doing it the hard way at a regional of all places!
- Pam Bates and Miles, on Scott Chamberlain's gamble Sunday, ADCH!
- Susan Paulsen and Surely, PD3!
- Katrina Parkinson and Maddie, performance tournament master silver (what the devil is that called?).
Running Orders
Updated Sep-3. Keep those cards and letters coming: info@bayteam.org.
As always, I love help catching back-to-backs that I missed! Thank you and good luck!
You all did notice, in the general info letter posted under "Trial Details That Entrants Need To Know", that Friday walkthoughs start at 530pm and Sat/Sun/Mon walkthroughs start at 7:15am, right???
Rotation Group Rule of Thumb: the next ring your group will run in is always clockwise from the ring you are in now (see the ring layout map in the general info letter). You'll see the ring numbering is laid out so that 1-2-3-4-5 advances in the clockwise direction around the field.
- Team including Relay
- Grand Prix/PNS, Steeplechase/PSJ.
- Masters including Pairs
- Advanced including Pairs
- Starters including Pairs
- Our guess at the timeline just for grins
RV Info
Overnighting on-site is by advance arrangement ONLY. If you want to make arrangements, contact info@bayteam.org.
- RV'ing info letter - especially the new NO-IN-AND-OUT rule.
- RV signups to date.
Worker Info FINAL
THANK YOU for volunteering to work at our event! We couldn't do it without you! Fixes and additions can be done day-of at the whiteboards at each ring.
- How does the worker whiteboard system work? for people that want to work but don't want to sign up in advance?
Trial Details that Entrants Need To Know
Any questions/issues/requests about the below, email me!
- Aug 27: I could use more TEAM SPARE PARTS! Any height - I have one championship team about to lose a third, and another that is hanging on by a thread. Email me if you wish your spare dog was in team!
- General Information Letter: checkin times, rings layout, what's the scoop on alcohol and no driving ever on the field.
- Entry Summary: Second to last chance to double check your entry. Now (Aug-22) including rotation group assignments.
If your "Card" field is NOT checked, then you must check in on day-of and show your card and/or get measured. OR if you have a permanent yellow card, I'll accept an email of a scan of your card. All "blue card" people regardless of sigs (unless you are jumping max height) MUST be measured at a regional.
- Alphabetic Team List: If you want to change your team name, contact me!
- Provisional Entries List: If you entered GP or PNS or Stp provisionally then you will not be entered "for real" unless I hear from you that you got your Q.
- SUNDAY Dinner signups: On-site SUNDAY dinner is available by advance reservation.
- Bye Vouchers: wow look at how many people submitted GP round 2 bye vouchers with their entries! Congratulations. If you have a bye voucher you forgot to submit, ...you know what to do!
- Entry Statistics: oh you are SUCH a data geek!

Want to pay via PayPal?
This premium PDF has interactive fields and then a button at the bottom that takes you to PayPal. Recommended usage:
- Make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader or Acrobat (7.0 or greater). Reader download is free from www.adobe.com.
- Bring up the form in Internet Explorer or Safari (recommended browser).
- Fill in the interactive fields directly in the form in the browser (as opposed to downloading it and completing it locally).
- Print up a hardcopy of the form that you can sign (and then either snailmail or scan-and-email to the trial sec, these being the only two accepted methods of entry submission).
- Click the "Go To Paypal" button directly in the form in the browser to go to PayPal with the fees that were accumulated on the form. Note that after finishing with PayPal and returning to the form, the form will have been cleared (hence it being a good idea to have hardcopied it before going to PayPal).
Sorry about the trouble - work in progress - I welcome you trying it out locally and let me know about any patterns or discoveries you find regarding failures! It succeeds 99% of the time, usually on PCs (vs Macs), while errors are usually occurring after you have clicked the PayPal button and are usually complaints about UTF-8 encoding or "a problem with the seller's website."
A workaround is skip using the entry form paypal button entirely and go to paypal directly. You do NOT need to have your own paypal account to do this - just a credit card:
- Go to www.paypal.com.
- Pull down the "Send Money" menu tab at the top, and click on the "Send Money Online" menu choice.
- Fill in the "To:" field with the bayteam paypal account name: paypal at bayteam dot org.
- Fill in the "From:" field with your email address.
- Fill in the amount you want to pay to Bay Team (the number of dollars, decimal point, the number of cents - no preceding dollar sign).
- Click continue, and follow the instructions for entering your billing information and credit card information.
